NorseCare have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Learning and Development Administrator to join the Learning and Development Team, delivering an effective administrative service whilst learning key skills in training and administration.

As you gain more confidence in the role, your duties will develop and will range from responding to enquiries and general administration to preparing statistical data and reviewing and evaluating the administration processes.

Our successful candidate will be confident and articulate, able to communicate well at all levels. You will have a flare for administration, supported by excellent IT Skills and will have a strong desire to learn and develop yourself through both on-the-job training and by undertaking the Level 2 Business Administration qualification.

This role has been structured to provide further career development opportunities, including undertaking a higher level apprenticeship.
