We have an exciting opportunity to work in a busy Programme Management Office supporting customers across the council. This is a varied role with the opportunity to get involved in key projects to support the Council’s strategic priorities.
The Programme Management Office (PMO) leads on the shaping of the future transformation agenda for the organisation and provides corporate oversight of programmes and projects across the organisation.
You will study for a Level 4 qualification - Associate Project Manager, as part of your apprenticeship.
You will have:
•qualifications that show a good level of literacy and numeracy
•an interest in project management and data analysis
•the ability to provide excellent customer service
•problem solving skills and an analytical approach to your work
•the willingness and enthusiasm for study outside the working week
•the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, which is essential.
