What you will do in your working day
This role is part of the core project team for Phase 2 of the Social Care System Re-procurement Project. You will be providing support for the business focused roll out to frontline practitioners and their managers. You will learn and develop the range of skills required for the job, apprenticeship framework and full competency in the role, by undertaking relevant apprenticeship and inhouse training, i.e shadowing colleagues to learn how to provide technical support to service users.
The training you will be getting
Infrastructure Technician Level 3. This is a full time, fixed-term contract for 15 months with the provision to attend apprenticeship training including revision and assessments within working hours. The starting grade for this post is F and the competency/course achievements will be reviewed regularly. Upon developing the same level of knowledge and working with the expected autonomy as the full role the grade will move to scale G (or upon completion of the apprenticeship, whichever is sooner).
