Fixed term contract for 12 - 18 months to complete the qualification.
Based at either Kingfield Centre, Stowmarket, West Suffolk House, Bury St Edmunds or Riverside, Lowestoft.
We have an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in a Health or Social Care career.
During your apprenticeship, you will get a nationally recognised Care Certificate alongside a level 2 Health and Social Care qualification which is the foundation to any role within Health or Social Care sector.
You will be supported by a team of experts who will guide your development and career. The role involves supporting people with daily living tasks in order to help them to live as independently as possible, this may include providing personal care and encouragement and confidence building.
Reablement support workers encourage people to get involved with their community and enable those they support to access local services in their community.

You will need to travel frequently in rural areas, so you must hold a full valid driving licence and have access to personal transport.
