37.5 hours per week shift pattern negotiable on the interview. Total hours per week: 37.50

If you want to become a valuable member of the team and put your business administration career firmly on the right path then this opportunity is for you.

Your duties will include:

  • Administration support and must possess good communication skills
  • Receiving and making phone calls, good telephone manner is important
  • Good IT skills are an advantage
  • Being well organised
  • Meeting clients, arranging appointments and any other duties requested by the manager/supervisor

Own transport system for data input.

You will be taking incoming and making outgoing calls so a professional attitude on the phone will be needed. Being able to use a computer would be an advantage.

You will be working in a fast paced environment so being organised is paramount. You will be supported throughout your employ through your apprentice provider.
