Job description

This role will primarily work within our Finance Centre of Excellence but would also interact and spend time with Divisional Finance as required/ suitable.

You will be part of a rotational programme, covering different aspects of Finance which would include:

  • Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and managing payment runs.
  • Accounts Receivable: Raising invoices, chasing outstanding debts, and reconciling customer accounts.
  • Management Accounting: Preparing monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliation and supporting audit processes.
  • Reporting & Planning: Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Finance team with day-to-day tasks and projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
  • Participate in the rotational programme, gaining experience in different areas of Finance.
  • Attend training sessions and complete coursework as part of your apprenticeship.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
