A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated apprentice to start a career in business administration. This is a role which will cover a wide area of working and develop a wide range of skills, including: reception, office administration and typing.
There will be day to day contact with parents and carers, children, staff and other organisations by telephone and face-to-face.
The candidate will be required to work to a high standard of accuracy and maintain confidentiality at all times as they will be dealing with sensitive information such as pupil information, personnel information and salary details.
This role will include but will not be restricted to the following:
•Dealing with enquiries both at reception and on the phone and recording information effectively.
•Collecting and collating lunch monies and ordering meals.
•Composing letters and emails for sign off.
•Maintaining confidential records.
•Managing the organisation of pupil visits
•Ordering and issue of stationery, supplies and resources.
•Team working is essential, but also the candidate must have the ability to work on their own.
•Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Confident and reliable with good attention to detail.
•Highly confidential and trustworthy.
•Good English grammar, spelling and handwriting skills.
•Excellent I.T Skills are required for this role.
