We have an exciting opportunity for a business administration apprentice to join our team in our Norwich office.

As an apprentice you will primarily support the administration, secretarial and reception department of the busy Norwich office carrying out the key duties when required for each particular team. The teams within the support department consist of office assistants, typists, secretaries and receptionists. Alongside the duties below you will study the business and administration apprenticeship framework whilst being fully supported in your learning by the team and the firm.

Job responsibilities
Providing admin support to all departments
Filing, scanning and electronic archiving
Maintaining the quality of the stored files
Basic spreadsheet work
Xero processing and Co Sec processing
General typing
Sorting and allocating post
Scanning and archiving client correspondence
Providing reception cover
Meeting and greeting clients
Person Specification
5 GCSE grade C/4 or above including English and Maths
Strong I.T skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be friendly and engaged
Show a 'can-do' attitude
Have a genuine desire to start a career in business administration
