Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- To provide administrative support to the Futures Team, including Careers, Progression to HE and Work Placements.
- To support the administration of Futures Referral Form requests.
- To support the administration of UCAS applications, including inputting and checking key information and adhering to timescales.
- To support accurate record keeping for Work Placements.
- To support the administration of Progression events.
- To support the maintenance and marketing of up-to-date Future resources.
Entry requirements
Essential:
5 GCSEs including Maths and English Grade C/4 or above
Desirable:
Level 2 business or administration related qualification.

Training to be provided
The learner will be studying the Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
