Hangar 111 are looking for a new Apprentice to join their busy team!
•Answer telephone calls from customers.
•Take orders over the telephone, create invoice and process payments via PDQ machine.
•Received over the telephone above or by other members of staff received online via Prestashop.
•Pack appropriately and send parts to customers using online courier systems (Fedex, DHL, UPS) or via Royal Mail.
Update sales spreadsheet:
•Update GDS (Customer information system) to remove online orders from stock.
•Manage stock of packing materials.
•Order more when required.
•Re-order parts when last ones used.
•Check parts and update GDS when parts arrive.
•Unpack and add parts to appropriate stock location.
•Manage incomplete/damaged orders.
•Ensure payments taken via PDQ machine are updated on GDS (payment made) with correct date, amount and payment method.
•Process end of day banking on PDQ machine and ensure all receipts are filed.
•Welcome customers dropping off and collecting cars, in person enquiries.
•Check job sheets with customers or pass to another member of staff to deal with.
•Keep reception area tidy and clean.
•Keep the website up to date with items out of stock/back in stock.
•Update prices of products.
•Update images and descriptions when required.
•Customers to be happy with the initial communication that they receive when contacting Hangar 111 via the telephone, email and in person.
•Customer orders to be processed timely and for stock to be managed to fulfil orders in a timely manner.
•Stock to be organised, tidy and accurately.
•Payments processed and systems updated accurately.
•Update systems to provide accurate stock information to customers.
