SaveMoneyCutCarbon are looking for a motivated self-starter to assist our project coordinator in carrying out tasks to support the successful execution of their services and projects. Your day-to-day tasks will be critical to keeping projects moving forward and ensuring everyone has what they need. They will work closely with various team members and other departments in the business.
The role would be a great steppingstone for anyone interested in becoming a project coordinator or project manager, receiving hands on experience in a live, fast paced, and exciting environment. The key objective will be to help all projects and services meet quality standard and deliver on time and within budget.
The successful candidate will receive induction and training appropriate to the activities undertaken.
Responsibilities and Key Tasks:
- Making phone calls to both clients and contractors
- Assisting with planning and coordination
- Implement policies and procedure's
- Keep track of budgets and expenditure
- Administrative duties
- Working with and supporting other team members with tasks where required
- Working with other departments across the business
GCSE Level 4(C) English and Maths or equivalent (Functional Skills Level 2)
- Confident telephone manner
- Good written and verbal communication
- Computer literate with knowledge of working with Word, Excel, Power point
- Organised and focused

Things to consider
The role is office based and will include long periods working at on a computer. 21 days of annual leave and a competitive pension available.
Full time position upon completion of apprenticeship for the right person
