The Business Administrator role will be instrumental in managing and enhancing customer relationships within the financial sector. The role aims to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service. The Business Administrator will provide full administrative support to the mortgage team, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and handled in the correct manner. Accurately managing and updating in-house CRM systems on a regular basis. Supporting the mortgage brokers with day-to-day tasks, client administration and mortgage application support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the mortgage department
- Accurately compiling and storing client case files in a compliant manner.
- Regularly updating the in-house CRM systems to ensure they are kept up to date in a timely manner.
- Answering the telephone and assisting clients as appropriate.
- Managing team diaries and booking appointments.
- Chasing up mortgage applications directly with lenders
- Uploading supporting documents to lenders portal for client cases
- Liaising with existing client base to ensure timely and prompt contact for mortgage review
Entry requirements
Essential:
GCSE Maths and English at grades 4 or above.

Training to be provided
The learner will be studying the Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
Things to consider
The vacancy will require the successful applicant to be comfortable in using Microsoft office, word, excel and outlook although full training will be given. The work will be computer based for most of the day. Office based.
