This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with an awareness of good customer service to undertake a Business Support Administrator role.
As a part of a small team, you will be required to provide excellent customer service and all round administrative support to the Financial Inclusion and Advice Service.
Administration duties include:
• opening and distributing post
• creating mail merges
• dealing with the payment of invoices
• undertaking photocopying, scanning and printing of materials
• collating data and updating excel spreadsheets
• booking travel arrangements e.g. train tickets and car hire.
The apprenticeship includes a fully funded and supported Level 2 Customer Service qualification.
This role will enable you to gain experience and understanding of the public sector and achieve the necessary skills to acquire a qualification. There will be contact with a wide range of people, including senior managers in the council and other partner organisations.
