We are looking for organised and motivated people to join our team in providing administrative support to the Children and Young People’s Services Social Care and Early Help teams in the North and East Ipswich and Coastal area.
You will have:
- excellent IT skills, in particular for Microsoft packages (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) with the ability and willingness to learn new systems
- strong interpersonal and communication skills & a good understanding of how to deliver a positive customer service experience
- willing to work flexibly as part of a team
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as an understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements in the workplace.
This organisation positively encourages the use of technology to communicate and engage, but on occasions there may be a requirement for you to travel using reasonable and suitable means available to you and agreed by the authority.
