Employer Description

Catering for Suffolk  are an outside catering event company that specialises in open fire and charcoal smoking and BBQs, Ottolenghi style salads and Asian cuisine

We are looking for a part time Chef de Partie to join our team who would be expected to prep and assemble complex salads under guidance, be able to cook on charcoal under guidance and have customer facing skills

Main Description

As the majority of our business is seasonal I cannot offer work every weekend but currently only have two weekends without an event between the beginning of July and October.

This role could suit more than one applicant as a summer job.

Our business is mainly summer weddings and parties so we do not have many events between November and March.

Due to the nature of the business there will be a need for you to have transport or the ability to get to events/pick up points throughout Suffolk as required
