Having an outstanding local reputation means that we have the privilege of working at some of the best venues the East of England has to offer, predominately Hedingham Castle, Smeetham Hall Barn and Houchins at Coggeshall as well as other local venues around Suffolk and Essex.

Main Description

As a wedding caterer we have a very busy summer ahead as we come out of lockdown and so we are seeking to recruit new members to our team.  We are extremely interested in students who are studying Hospitality and Catering, Professional Chefs Advanced Diploma level 3 & Professional Cookery VRQ Level 1 and Level 2.

We would love to hear from students who would like to work alongside our catering team, working  over the summer and weekends after the summer. 

Good rates of pay will be offered.
