Role overview

Job Description

Working for a multi-customer container transport company.  You will be part of a small team dealing with customer issues. i.e. late running jobs, cancellations, bookings requests etc.

Skills required

Ideally suited to someone with strong Customer Service and administration experience. Some operational experience an advantage but not essential.  Must be articulate, with good communication and PC skills.
