An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic team player to join us as a Service Advisor at our Ransomes Europark branch in Ipswich. The successful candidate must have excellent customer handling skills that can deliver exceptional standards of service.
- Ascertaining customer requirements and any vehicle repairs or investigations needed; checking vehicle maintenance records and examining service schedules
- Developing customer estimates
- Building customer rapport by explaining estimates and answering any questions or concerns
- Maintaining vehicle and customer records on our internal systems
