Customer Service Apprentice

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Education and Practice Development Level 2 Apprenticeship at the James Paget University Hospital.

The successful candidate will be trained and will work within the Education and Practice Development department. They will gain a working knowledge of many aspects of the secretarial role. Their duties will include dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, telephone queries, typing letters and general office duties and providing administrative support. At all times the apprentice will adhere to service guidelines and the Trust’s Code of Behaviors. The apprentice will gain experience of working in a administration role within an acute hospital. They will gain confidence, transferable skills and knowledge for their future career.

As part of the role the successful candidate will be required to complete a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Services. You will be employed on a 13 month fixed term contract for 37.5 hours per week.
