This post effectively handles and manages incoming calls from our existing and future customers. Updating customer information onto the business database and documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures. This post requires working in a fast-paced environment, managing several tasks at once, keeping all parties informed (both in email and by telephone) and will work closely with our own internal staff, customers & suppliers. Full training given plus monitored & mentored apprenticeship support via Poultec Training Limited to your appropriate Customer Service Level provided.
