By joining the HR Team you will be working as part of a team of professionals to deliver high quality customer services.
You will provide all customers with a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service. Key responsibilities will include:
•Using a variety of different IT systems.
•Actively listening to customers, seeking clear information to achieve positive outcomes for their issues.
•Communicating with customers in an appropriate manner.
•Building and developing good relationships.
•Encouraging customers to use our “self-service systems”.
•Searching for answers to customer’s enquiries or help them to solve a problem, referring them on when necessary.
•Keeping accurate records.
•Making good use of your time, working efficiently and effectively.
•Maintaining customer confidentiality at all times.
•Responding to customer feedback.
Ginger Nut Training will provide comprehensive apprenticeship training as part of your placement. This will include monthly visits and an online learning platform. All training is delivered at the address of the employer. Throughout the qualification you will also be supported by your line manager and colleagues.
Suffolk County Council employs staff carrying out a wide range of roles at all levels. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship you will have the skills to apply for a range of customer service opportunities both in and outside of Suffolk County Council.
