They are currently recruiting for a Part time Customer Services Representative working on a flexible and remote basis.
This fully remote position allows students to gain valuable professional experience from the comfort of their homes while maintaining a flexible schedule that accommodates academic commitments
Key Responsibilities
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate information regarding company services and policies.
• Maintain customer records and update information as required.
• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Assist with general administrative and customer support tasks.
Requirements
• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
