We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable candidate to join our team!
Key responsibilities will include:
•Assisting customers to establish their requirements and to convert enquiries into sales.
•Assisting with the design and delivery of marketing campaigns.
•Handling all forms of correspondence and bookings/enquiries received.
•Inputting customer bookings onto our system and taking responsibility for all aspects of the booking.
•Creating and maintaining accurate booking files.
•Dealing with enquires from customers who have already booked and confirmed holidays.
•Calculating prices and correctly applying business terms.
•Invoicing, ticketing and processing payments.
•Developing your product knowledge to better assist the customer
