Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00 There will be a requirement to be part of a Saturday morning rota in due course but this is no more than once every couple of months.
Total hours per week: 37.50
Working in our customer contact centre you will receive training in how to assist with: providing first class customer service throughout; all associated telephony duties; interacting with customers both on the telephone, online and face to face; dealing with telephone and online orders.
You will be trained on all IT systems required to perform your role.
You will be expected to build your knowledge of our product range over time and show an awareness of industry changes/trends.
You will also receive training in warehouse duties:- picking and packing stock; supporting our stock control processes and undertaking any general housekeeping duties as and when required.
The post holder may be required to perform duties other than those given in the job description. The particular duties and responsibilities attached to the post may vary from time to time without changing the general character of the duties or the level of responsibility entailed.
The Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard training programme is primarily delivered in the workplace unless should you not possess suitable concession qualifications college attendance is required - at our Lowestoft campus – for you to undertake Functional Skills Qualifications.
