- Enthusiasm for your chosen career path
- You will need to have 5 GCSEs A*-C (9-4) or equivalent qualifications which should include English and Maths. Along with A-levels or equivalent at level 3 with roughly 64 UCAS points but may vary depending on apprenticeship and FE/HE provider.
- Ability to travel or drive to remote site locations
- Ideally some exposure to a construction/engineering environment
