We are looking to appoint a Dental Receptionist to provide front of house customer care for the Norfolk Dental Service, based at the Dental Access Centre in Kings Lynn. You will be working as part of a team providing high quality dental care to a variety of patients.
This position offers a wide variety of administration duties. You will need to be competent in using information technology. A dental software package is used in our clinics and full training will be given. Previous dental or medical reception experience would be an advantage.

Make appointments on patient database
Taking patient payments
Handling general enquiries
Receiving and directing the general public, face to face and over the telephone.
General administration duties. This role involves you to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. The post holder will be proficient in dealing with confidentiality issues and to be courteous at all times with excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and workload. A flexible, co-operative approach will be important.
The working pattern will be based on shifts which are split over Monday – Friday 8am – 7pm. Some weekend work is expected, in order to meet the needs of the service.
