Chase Plastics are one of the country’s longest established manufacturers of recycled plastic pellets and are committed to recycling plastics and the circular economy in the United Kingdom.
Our factory in Brandon, Suffolk has an annual capacity in excess of 10,000 tonnes, serving customers across the UK and mainland Europe.
This is a great opportunity within the Engineering Team. You will be part of a small but vital engineering team and will therefore play a key role within the business.
Main responsibilities include:
Assist with Planned Maintenance
Assist with Machinery Breakdowns
Assist with Installation Projects
You will be reporting to the Engineering Manager.
Maths and English GCSE Grade 5-9 or equivalent is essential.
Strong organisational skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good practical skills
A ‘can do’ attitude
Able to follow instruction
Full Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Apprenticeship
Things to consider
Whilst this is a learning and training role, it is very much a ‘hands on’ engineering role working on industrial plant and machinery in a manufacturing environment.
