For nearly 50 years we have operated from one of the largest integrated cleaning products factories in Europe, producing our own brands, those of other brand owners and grocery own label, each supported by a significant research & development resource. We manufacture household cleaning products such as bleach, and washing up liquid.
Main description
Easy Cleaning Solutions are experts in private label household cleaning solutions, blending chemicals, packing, filling and design. We manufacture household cleaning products such as bleach, and washing up liquid. They have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Apprentice to join the team.
The main responsibilities include;
Work with Engineers to keep the factory running smooth,
Attend breakdowns and assist where needed,
Help with planned maintenance,
Work closely with production and understand the issues they face on a daily bases.
Install all kinds of pipework,
Practice welding and fabrication.
Entry requirements
GCSE in maths, English, science grades 5-9 or A-C is essential.
Skills required
Computer Literate,
Methodical,
Good at communicating,
Be able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude,
Safety Conscious.
Personal qualities
Willing to learn and get your hands dirty,
Reliable,
Hard working,
Self Motivating.
Training to be Provided
Full Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Apprenticeship
Things to consider
You will attend to and resolve break downs, planned maintenance and project work.
Future Prospects
There may be opportunity for a full time role on completion of the apprenticeship.
