This position is part of the Transforming People to Transform Museums and is a one year paid traineeship placement aimed at anyone who has an interest in enhancing their skills and who has a genuine interest in Museums and Heritage.
Based at The Museum of East Anglian Life Stowmarket, Suffolk.
The application period / taster days are currently scheduled for October 2020 with the new traineeships due to start in January 2021 and run until January 2022.
Bursary of £1200 per month
On completion you will
Achieve a NVQ Level 3 in Cultural Heritage Training Days and Work Placement Opportunities
GCSE Grade 4/ 5 or C or Equivalent required
The role will involve
Engagement with new and existing stakeholders Social Media and Marketing Writing creative & innovative content for the Museums website Engage with existing audiences and reach out to new ones.
