The majority of our clients reside throughout East Anglia and South East of England, in some instances further afield. Using technology we can provide services throughout the whole of the UK.

We provide advice on investments, mortgages, protection, pensions and inheritance planning.

Working week
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Total hours per week: 35.00

The purpose of the role of Financial Administrator Apprentice is to provide an effective and efficient administrative service and reception support to the business, whilst undertaking administration training. The successful candidate will be expected to provide the highest level of customer service and business support to our clients both on the phone and face-to-face as well as providing a support role to the management team.

The successful applicant will gain essential training and work experience that will allow them to learn the ropes of the financial sector and what it takes to become a top, successful financial advisor.
Life time financial advisors are looking for that one individual who can flourish from attending this Apprenticeship and progressing up the ranks to eventually become a successful financial advisor at Lifetime Financial Solutions.
Main tasks will include:

  • Reception duties- being the first point of contact for meeting and greeting clients.
  • Making and receiving calls and to/from clients, accountants, mortgage lenders and insurance companies.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as photocopying, collating, scanning, distributing and filing documents.
  • Recording and maintaining detailed accurate records.
  • Researching information.
