Human Resources Administration Apprentice

£136.50 per week and increasing to the national minimum wage for your age in year two

Full Time - 35 hours per week (Temporary 18 months)

Abbeycroft Leisure are offering a great opportunity for you to work and learn. This apprenticeship pathway will give you the hands on experience to develop key skills within Human Resources.

Our successful candidate will be responsible for everyday administrative tasks, including recruitment, payroll, and providing assistance to the HR team and to our managers.  

Whilst working, you will complete a Level 2/3 qualification in Business Administration, for which you will be given paid study time to complete.  

You do not need any work experience, but you will need to be willing to learn, have good communication skills and GCSE’s in Maths and English. You must also meet the requirements to be eligible for an apprenticeship. The job is temporary for up to 18 months. 

This post is based at the Bury Leisure Centre, Beetons Way, Bury St Edmunds, but occasional travel to other sites may be required.
