The primary purpose of this position is to provide a variety of technical and administrative support to the Employee Relations Section of the Civilian Personnel Office. You will be the first point of contact for employees and supervisors entering the section, referring them appropriately to a specialist or other area. Provide information and assistance on a variety of employee relations programs such as performance management, incentive awards, complaints and disciplinary actions and gives advice on leave issues, indebtedness and sensitive personnel issues. Process routine personnel actions, maintain data records and provide accurate reports using various computer programs. Research and interpret legal and regulatory program guidance to be able to provide information and assistance to employees and supervisors based on interpretation of regulations and rules.
