Level 3 apprenticeship.
Two year fixed term contract, expected to run from 1 October 2017 to 28 November 2019.
This role is based in the CYP Intelligence Hub Suffolk Family Focus Team, which is a multi-skilled team using data and information to:
•provide intelligence and insight to staff across the business
•produce scheduled reports with accompanying high quality analysis and insight
•respond to agreed ad hoc requests to produce reports and analysis
•support and develop innovative solutions to data reporting problems.
Your role will involve:
•developing and supporting the Suffolk Family Focus Project
•collecting and recording accurate data to shape service planning and reporting
•providing information for use by others and develop workable recommendations to inform reports
•feeding information to strategic decision making structures, to influence and challenge the way services are provided
•networking effectively, developing key links and relationships with both internal and external professionals delivering services to people in Suffolk
•using appropriate communication tools to best engage with people
•learning and utilise influencing and negotiation skills
•attending college based training achieving satisfactory grades, attendance levels and progression towards an NVQ qualification.
