About the employer
Yonder Digital Group has two distinct offerings. We run an Outsourced Contact Centre operation across two sites (Ipswich & Bristol) as well as developing a Contact Centre Workflow Software application (Synergy) that is sold to customers worldwide.


Working week
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm Some flexibility may be required on hours, due to Projects/Upgrades/IT Maintenance. Total hours per week: 37.50
Expected duration
14 months


Within the Software Department you will be dealing directly with External End Users of our Software Application as well as assisting with the maintenance of our Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. You will also spend time as part of our internal IT team carrying out a wide range of IT services and conducting software and hardware installations on our desktop computers.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:

  • Dealing with helpdesk tickets at a first line level
  • Meeting service targets
  • Fixing basic computer errors and software issues
  • Assisting with maintenance of AWS environments
  • Assisting users with installing new software and services
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as directed by the Head of IT

This is a demanding role and a keen interest in IT and a motivation to learn fast is vital. Full training on our systems and environment will be given.
