We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Clerk based at our site in Ipswich. This is an entry level role, ideal for anyone who wants to gain experience in this area.
Working in this busy office, the successful candidate will ensure that our clients receive excellent customer service by providing accurate information; responding to requests; resolving problems in a timely manner and building and maintaining good working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills are essential, with a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. You must hold a Level 2 qualification in English and Math or Equivalent (e.g GCSE). Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload is also key.
