Spartek ECS Limited are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience working within an office environment (minimum 1 years experience required).
To assist with all aspects of the Operations Department. The position will be a varied role, enabling the right candidate to progress throughout all operational tasks.
The position is offered as Full time.
Office hours are 8.30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday.
You will be required to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
· Type & issue Certification
· Assisting with Stock Control
· Raising jobs
· Assisting with Scheduling Engineers
· Answering phone calls
· Customer Service
· Client correspondence
· Assist with vehicle fleet control/management
· Data Entry
· Purchase Orders
· Booking in engineers work
· Administrative tasks will vary
Experience within the electrical industry is an advantage, however full training will be given.
You will need to pose a good telephone manner, communication skills with customers & engineering staff. Experience with Microsoft Excel, and E-mails.
