What You'll Learn & Do:
Book & Track: Book new jobs and monitor shipments on our Freight Management System.
Documentation & Customs: Master precise shipping documentation and create HM Customs declarations.
Communication: Liaise with carriers, customers, and partners, providing timely updates.
Problem-Solving: Help organise deliveries and assist with customer queries.
Team Player: Support your team and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
System Savvy: Ensure accurate, timely system updates and paperwork.
What We're Looking For:
Administrative Aptitude: Organised and keen to develop admin skills.
Computer Confident: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Clear Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills.
Multi-tasker: Eager to learn how to juggle tasks and work under pressure.
