ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity for those looking to develop and apply hospitality management skills and knowledge whilst working and growing in a fast paced and guest focused supported learning environment. You’ll start on the Level 3 management programme and on successful completion will have the opportunity to progress to Level 4.
Your days will be positively bursting with variety; from rolling your sleeves up in the kitchen to front of house service to making the beds in the lodges. You’ll learn how to make management decisions, get involved with rotas and recruitment and keep a handle on budgets.
Our Management Trainee Apprentices will follow a structured Assistant Manager and Management training programme, which involves:
- Partaking in work placements across all the key Center Parcs operating divisions, including; Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Retail and Leisure
- Undertaking essential management skills modules
- Role specific and additional skills training
- Job shadowing
As well as a structured development programme, there are lots of opportunities to explore your own development needs with the support of a personal tutor and the Center Parcs management team.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis, this means that your days and hours of work could vary each week. Shifts will include evenings, weekends and public/bank holidays so flexibility is required.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are keen to develop into a management role. You’ll have a clear desire to work within the Hospitality Industry and take pride in delivering excellent service.
- Due to licensing restrictions candidates need to be a minimum of 18 years old

- Maths / English / IT literacy
- Previous experience in a customer focused environment
- Supervisory experience
