Marketing Officer
The New Wolsey Theatre is looking for a Marketing Officer.
The Marketing team is made up of three full-time staff; a Marketing Officer, a Marketing Assistant and the Head of Marketing and sits within the Communications Department which also includes Sales, Relationships and Box Office.
The Marketing team is responsible for the theatre’s branding and voice in all communication, engaging audiences and achieving sales targets as well as providing creative, enticing and successful campaigns which nurture existing audiences and develop new ones across the breadth of the theatre’s work.
You will have real flair for creativity and content creation with demonstrable skills, and understand the power of communication through excellent copywriting and design.
It would be great if you have experience of working in theatre, or the arts, but that’s not essential.
This is a full-time, permanent role, based in Ipswich working 40 hours per week, typically over 5 days per week Monday – Friday, however this role will require evening and weekend work, as required, to support the delivery of the performance programme, with working hours flexed accordingly.
