At Citizens Advice, we help and support
over 6,000 clients a year. Much of our work involves helping people sort out issues around unemployment, housing, debt, and benefits.
With the impact of Covid -19, people need help more than ever before.
Come and join our special training scheme we are running in collaboration with West Suffolk College. You will learn customer service skills, gain a Level 2 qualification, and understand how to help support those in need in our community. This training will not only enable you to work with us but also provide you with the foundation of knowledge to work in other aspects of social support.
