New Traineeship in Health and Social Care

The programme is designed around a specific vocational qualification and skills required to enable participants to switch career or get started in a new one. You will gain sector specific skills qualifications and a substantial work placement in order to be ready for work in a new sector.
A traineeship is a skills development programme that includes a work placement. It can last from 6 weeks up to 1 year, though most traineeships last for less than 6 months. It enables to learner to get ready for an apprenticeship or job if they don’t have the appropriate skills or experience.
Age Range: 16+
Course Delivery: Online (+ work placement)
Length of programme: 3 weeks online learning + work placement
