About the Programme
This is an opportunity for 4 students to join us for a 1-day Pharmacy Work Experience Placement. You will have an opportunity to gain an insight into the NNUH Pharmacy Service. You will shadow Pharmacy staff delivering services within the pharmacy and patient facing at ward level. You will gain knowledge and signposting on Pharmacy careers and how to achieve your potential in this exciting field. We request that applicants do not wear make up as there will be a tour into Pharmacy Aseptic Services.
This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience that can be useful for UCAS applications and your CV.

About Pharmacy
The Hospital Pharmacy Team are responsible for a wide and varied service across the Trust. A team of over 180 staff work together to ensure timely supply alongside the safe and effective use of medicines. Amongst other things this includes the manufacture of chemotherapy, advice to other healthcare professionals and patients and prescribing within specialist areas.
