Simplee are a storage and fulfillment warehousing company. They were created with the aim of making other business's commerce fulfilment journeys as simple as possible.
The role is working for a fulfilment and warehousing company that is based just outside Sudbury, Suffolk.
- Develop and maintain successful working relationships with customer
- Regular communications with our clients
- Management of sales and data processing.
- Be confident in using Microsoft office programs
- Accurate record keeping.
- Providing support with ad-hoc projects.
- General office administration such as, answering calls, greeting guests, filling, ordering office supplies
- Arranging and liaising with couriers.
- Assisting Warehouse and Operations manager with any projects, or Adhoc requests.
- The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, good time keeping, reliable, trustworthy, eye for detail and have a clear speaking voice.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Note that we are not on public transport links, but we do offer on site free parking. Therefore you will need to have your own reliable transport.
GCSE Grade C (4) or above in maths and English is desired.

Things to consider
Location is not served by public transport. Consider how you would get to the location Monday to Friday.
You will have a 15mins morning break, 30 minutes lunch 15 mins afternoon break. These breaks are unpaid.
There is the potential to become the Customer Services/Office Manager on completion of the apprenticeship.
