The New Wolsey Theatre is looking for an Operations Manager to join the Administration team.
The Operations Manager is a new role where the successful candidate will manage three essential areas of delivery:
the management of the processes of recruiting staff and supporting staff during their employment
the management of the premises and IT systems
the management of general administration that supports departments across the organisation.
If you have a foundation of exemplary organisation, accuracy and inter-personal skills that could be developed in a challenging and supportive arts environment, this could be the role for you.
