Vital HealthCare is a Supported Living & Domiciliary Care company with community rehabilitation and supported living resources Nationwide. We specialise in providing holistic and comprehensive care packages for people with learning disabilities, Asperger's/autistic spectrum disorders, acute Brain injury and mental health needs.
Our service focuses on providing tenancy-based community support and intensive support for adults who have required low-medium secure care for extended periods and who display behaviours that challenge. Intensive support is provided through high standard domiciliary care and placements that have been carefully chosen close to public transport, shops and other services to ensure greater integration into the community.
We also provide training resources for other businesses in the same or similar field. Whether you are part of an organisation that has been running for years or you are just starting out, we provide resources and knowledge for contract procurement, staff training and development and business development.
Main description
Supporting individuals within their own homes with learning disabilities, mental health, autism and complex needs.
We are looking for people who have a passion for supporting people to achieve their goals.
