A receptionist/administration assistant is required to help with the smooth running of the business. You will be performing a receptionist role whilst assisting with the general administration of the company.
9am to 5:30pm Mon - Fr with half an hour unpaid lunch. Total hours per week: 40.00.
12 months apprenticeship.
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the role is a varied one. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls in an appropriate and friendly manner
- Carrying out reception duties, welcoming visitors and signing for incoming deliveries
- Dealing with the daily post, and distributing to departments
- Filing as needed
- Locating and booking hotels for staff
- Photocopying as needed
