We’re Queue. We’re a small team of young, creative, and keen minds that work to solve problems in the eCommerce and Communications industries through human-first SaaS. We’re always keen to hire some hotshots (like yourself?) that’ll help achieve the growth we’re capable of, and ultimately, help us give our range of services some legs. Question is, do you fit the bill?

We’re looking for two sales & marketing administrators to manage two of our products, Queue Link and Queue Pay, as well as being responsible for generating new business leads for it.

Queue Link takes limits off the table to create powerful, case-specific QR powered mobile web apps in as little as hours.

Queue Pay is the modern charity’s choice for simplifying and streamlining real world or online cashless fundraisers. We help charities raise the most they can in the best ways possible through bespoke full-service packages, or for small charity and individual fundraisers, a seamless way to start raising straight away with Queue Donate; our super fast QR fundraising software.

As the sales & marketing administrator for Queue Link or Queue Pay, your day-to-day should look something like the following:

- Being the first port of call for all new business inquiries.

- Building professional, approachable relationships with relevant clients through emails, meetings, networking events, phone calls. etc

- Working to weekly KPIs.

- Generating new business as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Essential Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in a B2B Sales or Marketing role.

- Experience working to KPIs and targets

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A client-facing personality.

- The ability to work in an ever-changing, target-driven environment

- The ability to work well independently as well as with a team.

Whilst not essential, the following are factors that the ideal candidate could demonstrate:

- An undergraduate, postgraduate, or relevant Sales qualification.

- Experience with basic or advanced design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite).

- Experience in writing copy for social media.

- Currently living in Suffolk and/or within an easily commutable distance of Bury St Edmunds or Cambridge.

- Experience working with charities or in the sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00
