Main description
Daily interactions:
Process and acknowledge customer orders from partners and OEM customers.
Ensure that incoming telephone and email enquiries are handled impeccably.
Meet and greet visitors. Ensure they have a welcoming experience. ? Respond to price and availability requests in a timely fashion.
Coordinate collection and delivery with customer couriers.
Internal collaboration:
Generate quotes for the field sales team.
Schedule shipment dates for orders on advice from Planning
Address and resolve delivery issues in partnership with Shipping and our couriers.
Supporting Partners:
Maintain system pricing. Produce price lists and availability updates? Provide product information in response to distributor requests.
Generate and maintain distributor performance reports.
Collate supporting documentation for exports.
Send order backlog and scheduling summaries.
Office duties:
Co-ordinate with office suppliers. Place purchase orders, track deliveries and invoices.
Ensure that meeting rooms are tidy and ready for use.
Welcome visitors and make transport arrangements on their behalf
Represent sales & marketing as member of fire, health, and safety teams.
Support internal events and social activities.
Entry requirements
Applicants should be educated to 'A' Level standard
Excellent IT skills

• Excellent IT skills - MS Office, Outlook, and experience of using ERP/CRM systems

Business Administrator Level 3
Things to consider
Adder is seeking a candidate with good administration and communication skills, who has shown they can adapt to fast paced work environment. You will be a go-to person who can make things happen quickly and positively. You'll work with both our ERP and CRM systems as well as Microsoft Office product to produce customer documents, price lists and reports. You will also be responsible for collating documentation for exports, licensing and supports contracts. To do all of this effectively you will collaborate with Adder's Operations, Finance and Sales teams daily. You'll also need to build strong relationships with colleagues across the business and externally with customers and suppliers.
