Main description
- Working from 2/3/26 - 28/6/26 – Working 5 hour shift 10am -3pm ,(working alternating per week weekend days )

We are looking for a Till Assistant to join our friendly Shop Floor team working in our retail areas.
As well as serving customers with plants and products, you will be gift wrapping and stocking up.
We are looking for motivated and cheerful individuals who are looking our busy season at the garden centre.
Key duties
- Operating computerised till Labeling and pricing and EPOS system
- Maintaining stock levels in selling areas and merchandising Helping customers with enquiries, finding products etc.
- Being friendly, polite and helpful to customers at all times
- Cleanliness of your area of work
Personal skills
- You must like dealing with people, have good communication skills as well as being conscientious, enthusiastic and motivated
- Ability to bend and lift customer’s purchases to scan at till and to pull /push trolleys and barrows
- Retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential as training will be given
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- A keen interest in plants and related products
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good standard of English and Maths
