As a Senior Care Support Worker (Senior Carer), you will assume a lead role in overseeing and demonstrating good practice, values and standards of care. You will oversee the administration of drugs and medicines in accordance with procedures, and ensure that the personal care needs of residents or tenants are provided in accordance with their individualised care plan. You will also support and promote within the staff team as well as support the manager in the organisation of the staff team and day-to-day management of staff.

Lloyd Court is a Housing with Care scheme with 40 attractive, self-contained flats, which all have twenty-four-hour access to care. The scheme enjoys a great location on the North Norfolk coast, in the quiet village of High Kelling. The flats are within easy reach of the coastline, Sheringham and Blakeney.
